Terms and Conditions – 2888 Game Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 2888 Game ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They apply to every interaction you have with the platform — creating an account, making deposits, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing funds. By registering an account at 2888 Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, all balances across all accounts may be forfeited, and the player will be permanently banned from the platform.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. 2888 Game reserves the right to request documentary verification of the information provided at any point, including government-issued photo ID and proof of address.

Your 2888 Game account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities carried out under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised them.

2888 Game will never contact you by phone, email, or any other channel to request your account password. Any communication claiming to be from 2888 Game that requests your password or full payment card details is fraudulent and should be reported to our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform or service.
• Do not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason — including family members.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Contact 2888 Game support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

2888 Game is not liable for any financial losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. However, where there is clear evidence of a technical security failure on 2888 Game's systems, we will investigate and take appropriate action.

All financial transactions at 2888 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your 2888 Game balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider — typically within seconds for mobile wallet transactions. 2888 Game does not charge any fee on incoming deposits. Fees charged by your payment provider are beyond our control and are not the responsibility of 2888 Game.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes of submission during normal operating hours. The time required for funds to appear in your mobile wallet or bank account after 2888 Game has processed the request depends on the receiving institution. 2888 Game does not charge any platform-side fee on withdrawals.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 2888 Game reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where the account has not previously undergone identity verification.
• Funds deposited through a bonus or promotional offer may not be withdrawn until any applicable wagering requirement is fully completed.
• Attempted withdrawals of funds that include active bonus balances which have not completed wagering will result in the outstanding bonus balance being voided prior to processing the withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: 2888 Game maintains anti-money laundering procedures in accordance with applicable standards. We reserve the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds have not originated from legitimate sources. In such cases, we may request supporting documentation and may be required to report the transaction to relevant authorities.

Live Betting: Live bets placed during a match are accepted subject to the in-play state of the match at the time of placement. Bets placed after an in-play event has already occurred — for example, a wicket that has fallen before your bet was registered by the server — will be voided. 2888 Game's server timestamp is the authoritative record for the timing of all live bet placements.

Crash Games and RNG Titles: All Crash Games, Virtual Sports, and RNG-based card games at 2888 Game use certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are determined cryptographically before each round and cannot be influenced by 2888 Game, by players, or by any third party. Results are final. No refunds or bet reversals will be granted on the basis that a player believes a result was unfair.

Errors and Technical Issues: In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price being displayed, an incorrect result being posted, or any other manifest error, 2888 Game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. 2888 Game is under no obligation to honour payouts calculated on the basis of a manifest error.

2888 Game offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players including welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, weekly cashback, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds (excluding weekly cashback) must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Standard multipliers at 2888 Game range from 5× to 10×. Wagering can be completed across any game or betting market unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a stated validity period during which wagering must be completed. Uncompleted bonus balances are forfeited on expiry of the validity period. The expiry does not affect any real-money balance held in your account — only the bonus portion is forfeited.

The cashback is credited the following Monday morning. Cashback is credited as pure cash with no wagering requirement and may be withdrawn immediately. There is no minimum loss threshold and no cap on the cashback amount.

2888 Game operates on the basis that all players engage honestly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance is held and not accessible during the investigation period. If investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where investigation concludes there was no breach, full access is restored.

Where 2888 Game provides translated versions of these Terms for the convenience of Urdu-speaking players, those translations are provided as a courtesy only and do not override the English text.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 2888 Game regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
